IT’s THE DEMOGRAPHIC SHIFT THAT CHANGES, WELL, EVERYTHING

Thanks to Boomers, there’s an oft-repeated statistic: EVERY DAY ANOTHER 10,000 PEOPLE TURN 65.

But that’s not the whole story.

The whole story is that EVERY DAY FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS 10,000 AMERICANS WILL TURN AGE 65. First Boomers, then Gen Xers, then Millennials. And so on and so on.

The future of America is OPENLY GRAY. PERIOD.

Now is the time to get “age ready” by developing objectives, strategies and action steps to effectively connect with the next generation of older adults: Boomers.

America’s “Population Pyramid” in 1960 shows the percent of the population in each 5-year segment. There’s always been more younger people and fewer older adults. Back in 1960, when Boomers were 15 and younger, the shape was definitely a triangle, or pyramid.
